Cinnamon breakfast rolls

I’m trying to come up with alternative breakfast ideas for January. I’m sick of eating the same thing (eggs or marmite on toast) so I’m going vegan for January.

These cinnamon rolls make approximately 10, are 169 calories each and are DELICIOUS!

Ingredients

1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry

1tsp cinnamon

1tbsp caster sugar

Handful or sultanas

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Roll out the pastry sheet on to a lined baking tray.

Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon.

Place sultanas on top.

Roll carefully into a sausage.

Cut into approximately 10 individual rolls.

Glaze with your chosen vegan glaze (almond milk, agave syrup, coconut oil)

Bake for 15-20 minutes until thy have risen and turned golden brown
