Mango dressing – recipe

This dressing is great on the Buddha bowls, chicken dishes and even as a smoothie! 

Ingredients 


250g mango pieces

Juice of one orange

Juice of one lime 

Tbsp honey

Tsp of ground cumin

Tbsp of olive oil 

Handful of coriander

Method

In a food processor, blend together the mango, lime juice, orange juice, cumin and honey. 

Pour into a jug and slowly add the olive oil stirring with a fork. 

Add the coriander and mix


Pour over your desired food. Yum!
