I love to cook, sometimes slaving over the oven and hobs for hours, sometimes whipping something up quickly to satisfy my hunger. This quick easy recipe is ready in 40 minutes and tastes like heaven!
Ingredients
6 Asda chipolata sausages
2 or 3 tablespoons of sweet corn (or any veg – cooked)
Asda ready rolled shortcrust pastry
1 onion finely chopped
Bisto gravy
1 egg to glaze
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Pop the sausages in for 15-20 minutes to brown (I like to cremate mine)
Meanwhile fry the onion in a little olive oil
Cut pastry to required size and line the dish
When the sausages and onion are cooked, layer them in the dish with the sweetcorn. Pour over bisto gravy. (You can use any veg you like, just cook it first. It’s great for left overs)
Pop the lid of pastry on top, glaze with egg, and pop in the oven to brown for 15-20 minutes.

That looks so good! I don’t actually do the cooking in my house – that’s my husband’s job, but I’ll be sure to direct him to this recipe as a yummy winter dinner!
I absolutely love making this, I hope your husband does too. It’s super easy and so tasty! I would love to hear what you think! X
