I love this salsa and it goes great with Mexican food, or as a dip for crisps!
Ingredients
12 – 15 baby plum tomatoes
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 deseeded red chilli (to taste)
Handful coriander, finely chopped
Method
Finely chop tomatoes, coriander, chilli and onion. Crush the garlic clove.
Mix well and add a squirt of lime juice
